IMPORTANT NOTES:
We want to provide the best home boarding experience for your pups and due to the extremely limited number of clients that we take at once, we are currently NOT accepting new clients under any of these criteria:

weighs more than 35 lbs

doesn't sleep in their own bed/crate

is not potty-trained

has separation anxiety (cries/whines/barks excessively)
BOOKING POLICY
I am often booked to capacity months in advance (especially during the holidays/school breaks). To secure your booking dates, a 50% deposit is required. Your booking dates will be put on hold for 48 hours starting at the time I confirm my availability and will be secured once the 50% deposit is received

Please make sure your dogs are up to date on their vaccinations and flea/ticks medications

LATE DROPOFF/PICKUP FEE
Please coordinate a drop off and pick up time with me. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late or early, please text me as soon as possible. Between dropoffs, pickups, walks, and meet and greet appointments, my schedule can be pretty tight so I appreciate your punctuality. Any unreported delays will subject to a $25 fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of deposit refunded when canceling 15 days before the confirmed dates.
50% of deposit refunded when canceling 8-14 days before the confirmed dates.
25% of deposit refunded when canceling 1-7 days before the confirmed dates
No refunds when canceling on the confirmed dates
